Hi again world!! Redesigned the circuit to use a different PWM chip... the other PWM chip was over-modulated by the sine wave amplitude... don't want to add another "variable gain" op-amp(I hate too much parts)... just used TI's ucc27425 inv/non-inv mosfet buffer/driver and directly connected the LC filter at its output pin/s...monitored with the scope and... VIOLA!!! a NICE sinewave output... whew!! :) conclusion: Good thing I redesigned the PWM "section" AND removed the discrete full bridge drivers.... so this roots out the problem: my discrete full bridge mosfet driver! dem!! I DO have some MAX15018 (half-bridge mosfet driver/HIGH SPEED)but is rated at only 125V/3A.... :( oh well... back to the drawing board (AGAIN)
