North America?s Largest Rooftop Solar Power Plant Already Complete For its completion, the new rooftop solar power plant project known as Riverside Renewable Energy, LLC was presented an award letter announcing an million federal tax credit rebate by Rep. The solar power plant is the largest of its kind in North America consisting of 27526 photovoltaic rooftop solar panels covering 1.1 million square foot of rooftop at the Gloucester Marine Terminal in New Jersey.
